They can ask Green to be the witness and ask him what width tape he used. This is a civil case. He can obviously refuse but then the court will on the balance of probabilities take it that 5cm tape was used as all the visual evidence points to that. Plus we will have testimony from IBO and NSW officials to consider. IBO and NSW officials will not lie on the stand for Green.

Like I said before Roy will have his day in court.

And what if Green says "No, I used 2.5cm tape as per regulations"? The only people claiming he used 5cm tape are Team RJJ and people who believe the accusations made by Team RJJ.

And this 'visual evidence' you refer to - who can prove these photos were even taken on the night of the fight, or, furthermore, that they are definitely photos of the wrapping he used for the RJJ fight?

The fact that RJJ had a flotilla of excuses and complaints ranging from illegal handwraps to non-payment to being forced to wear old gloves to being told he would be DQ'd if he didn't come out to fight only lessens his credibility in making these complaints.

The man must have forgot - quality over quantity - the scattergun approach at lodging complaints in the hope that one will stick only makes his complaints look more dubious than they would be if lodged individually.

Objects seen in photos against something else that we know has a physical size can be used as refrence points to measure the EXACT size of an object!
