Mate I dont know for sure it may have been illegal just saying that a couple of photos and an empty box means nothing when trying to prove this. Not 100% sure but I thought I was told by someone involved with the wrapping of the hands that 5cm wide tape is all that you can purcahse in Aus and you need to rip in half to use. also his wraps were also inspected by 3 NSW officals and all said they were OK.

 

But TC was the tape cut or torn in half prior to putting it on the fist. If you have it on the fist at 5cm fair enough ( and the photo may show this) but as i have said a photo of tape on the wall and an empty box doesn't mean anything

 

It could have been cut in half for sure, my point is that it can be measured to exact size just by using that photo and a bit of math. BruaFag is claiming that nothing in a photo can be measured, this is only true if we have nothing to scale the object against so Bruafag once again fails!

The empty box doesnt mean anythning either until Green admits it was what he used to wrap his hands with and the wraps are found not to be legal.

My main issues with the wraps are...

1. Excessive use of wraps, you cant re-create that photo with 2.5 meters of bandage, its impossible, in 58 boxing fights ive never had my hands looking like that because if we use more than 2.5meters we cam get DQ.
2. Width of the tape is suspect and has been used for more than securing the bandage, its wrapped around his entire wrist section.
3. Corrupt orgnisations inspecting the wraps
4. Wraps were done 2 hrs prior to the fight without anyone from RJJS camp inspecting the wrap process.
5. Complaints about wraps ignored
6. His hands look like huge cat paws in the photo!

 

Glad you agree with first bit Points 1-6 I am not going to comment cause i doint know one way or the other

 

I have not changed my stance. If you so strongly believe Green's wraps are legit lets have an avatar bet.

If the court case decides Green used wraps beyond NSW boxing regulations I win. If not you win.
