Yeah and Hopkins was a fool for not making the fight happen just like Pac will be. Unless Hopkins knew something... No argument about egos.
Yeah. You have no idea what it takes to do what is being done so you think it is boring. I bet you like pro wrestling too.
Floyd isnt bad for boxing In fact any guy in the p4p 10 isnt bad for boxing a draw in a time where boxing is under assault from MMA and is so called dying and a guy like Floyd is bad?? He is easily one of the smartest and greatest defensive masters in a long time well maybe not cause whitaker was recent but he is just such an incredible boxer love or hate
What happened to this guy??? This is the guy I used to root for.... [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fco0PmJX8bw[/ame]

What is good for boxing is when the best fights happen and that is when fighters who are regarded as the top 2 in there division/weight class get together. Or when a fighter who is regarded as the best steps up to a challenge that intrigues fans. All you have to do is look at the betting line for Manny's fights and before Floyd's and you see why Manny has been easily able to rise to the top. Numbers do not lie.
Now I see why some people should be banned for posting...going as far as electrocuting them if they get back online! If Floyd is in anyway bad for boxing then they need to absolutely ban the sport of boxing!!!!!!!! I can see why some fighters never have careers outside of the ring, bcuz they think like the halfass boxing fan that posted this thread. You guys really need to change your mentality.Even though in this sport you're guaranteed to get hit, you're not in there to take hits, the key is to hit and not get hit.I don't have respect for fighters who are literally willing to be killed in order to make a good fight, that's foolish! These aren't Gladiators in Roman Coliseums fighting wild animals,so there should be no reason why one would risk getting their block knocked off for entertainment. Meldrick Taylor's a perfect example, though we all hated that Richard Steele stopped the fight with two seconds left on the clock, the fact is, in the name of "willing to die for entertainment" Taylor even if he had one that fight took unnecessary punches at the hands of Chavez, and had he won he still would be in the bad condition that he's in now
Yeah, Time to split the site into two partitions; One for boxing anf fans who know boxing, and a second for UFC/MMA and the fans who have no clue about the sport of boxing. Unfortunately, the latter would be populated with the new generation of spectators who make these kind of threads. These guys care nothing about boxing and prefer to see two unskilled fighters who have no defense and beat each other half dead. Like cloning Gatti or Micky Ward and having him fight themselves. Those are the kind of matches and boxing these newbies love. Not the pure science of HiT while NOT being hit. They consider those matches as, boring since they fail to understand the art.
How is this over your head? You feel like you caught me in some big contradiction?? Yes. I hate on mayweather and take the opposing viewpoint. Way to connect the dots you ****ing genius.
