listen to what he told shane inbetween rounds against floyd. he was saying the right things and is without a doubt a very creative and passionate speaker, especially for the sport of boxing. the same goes for floyd sr. both are very intelligent boxing minds and alot of fighters, including myself would love a chance to work with em. relax people
It's mainly the Mexicans I've noticed (Freddy Wack), and a few racist UK posters (Anglosaxon I've noticed) that seem to discredit Brother Nazim. His advice against Mosley sounded good, and may have been spot on. It's a shame Shane didn't have it in him to execute it.
nobody hates him, people just admit that he's garbage..... many other great trainers dont even get talked about but this clown does....just cause he told mosley to clinch vs margo now everybody thinks he's great....until he produces a great fighter, then talk to me....but as of now he's garbage
there seems to be an awful lot of praise for him. some may think it is unwarranted but hate seems to be from a few individuals. during the buildup his talks of floyd turning into a dragon were praised as being prophetic by some. i thought they were a little extreme for use as an analogy but got the point across. other than that Nazim is good at what he does. his fighter was just not as good as the one across the ring from him back in may.
what he was telling shane seemed perfect and unlike most trainers he told shane what he was doing wrong and how to correct it whilst trying to motivate shane u gotta remember this guy been with b hop since the start and was head trainer for 2 of b hops best wins against tito and pavlik also gave shane a great performance against margarito, even though margo was made for him his combination punching that nigt was amazing
