Ive been studying Wlad alot lately. I studied his 3 losses and all of his knockdowns recently. Wlad has been knocked down by 6 fighters, a total of 11 times. First fighter to KD Wlad was Steve Pannel. This was a total flash KD, he wasnt hurt at all, you can see the video here: [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vqzUwukejxs[/ame] it appears at about 2:50 seconds into the video 2nd fighter to put him down was Ross Purity, this was total exhaustion, he wasnt hurt at all he was just gassed out, you can see that here, [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pJ4kcmxSQZ0&feature=fvst[/ame] wlad was getting very tired and breathing heavy at the start of round 10, at that time he didnt even know how to hold and grab 3rd fighter to drop Klitschko was Corrie Sanders, no excuses here, wlad got hurt, whats interesting though is that Wlad was dropped 4 times and they were essentially all flash knockdowns, he kept getting up right away, if he had a glass chin he would have been put to sleep 4th fighter was Brewster, again Wlad gassed out he was never hurt really from the punches except for a shot in the third round that seemed to stun him 5th fighter to drop him was Davaryl Williamson, again Wlad got up right away, he seemed to be off balance wasnt hurt, u can see the video here [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IyBi7DKQ9-4[/ame], it happened at 2:25 of round 4 Last fighter to drop him was Peter. Peter "knocked down" wlad 3 times, but if you look the replays only 1 knockdown was legit the one in the 10th round, the knockdowns in the 5th round should not have been counted. The first KD was from a shot to the back of the head and the 2nd kd wlad slipped there was no punch thrown, the replays confirm this. So my argument is that Wlad's chin is not that bad, this is why is the HW champion, because his opponents only seem to target his chin, they should be focusing more on his stamina and getting him tired, because of wlad's 3 KO losses 2 were from stamina, and only 1 was from his chin.
good analysis, but hes been knocked down countless times against guys all smaller than he, compare that to someone with a good chin with similar stats like his brother and it becomes clear that his mandible is bona fide china he has a wet toilet paper chin!
Honestly noone at this time is good enough to test his stamina........let alone get close to his chin so it really doesn't matter. Haye was supposed to be able to but after seeing his HW fights his stamina and chin are worse, not to mention skill level. Face it, if you don't like him you might as well get used to him. He isn't going anywhere unless he retires. AP is about to be ruined..........
you can see Wlad ready to collapse in round 11 after falling around like a drunk in round 10 against Purrity much like the brewster loss, when his legs go there is no recovery Fritz really saved his ass in that one

Wlad's chin is glass man - he can't take a punch. He barely ever gets hit due to his cautious style and his lean back style & size, yet has still been on the deck about 15 times and starched 3 times. Let's see some videos of him taking big punches without being KOd?
