Hell NO he still avoided alot of challenges in the time Manny took on Diaz, Oscar, Hatton, Its like giving someone employee of the month when he called out sick for 3 weeks whille another employee works hard all month only for the "sick" employee to come back and worke better for 1 week and getting the award.
Also, while I agree with Wig that a decade is really 1-10 not 0-9 (there was no year 0) They do decades by 0-9 so that the decade is kept within the same tenth digit together. 10-19, 20-29, etc.

No....but that won't mean he would not be CONSIDERED by many more to be better than Manny. Floyd should have faught Manny in March and things would have been different. But instead he found a convienent excuse to stall the fight and FOTD was awarded to Manny and rightfully so. Had Floyd manned up and took Manny out I gurantee he would have gotten fighter of the decade had he won.
