TUA vs ARREOLA BEING DISCUSSED

Good matchup... I guess I would favor Arreola but Tua would rip this guy up in his prime.

 

I always have believed that Arreola's the guy you can't go toe to toe in the heavyweight division. Because i still think he would beat anybody in a brawl, or when it comes to slugging it out with. His 2 losses were to very good fighters who chose not to fight him in the center of the ring, but chose to use their mobility and skill. I don't see Tua giving Chris any trouble, because of the size diffrence, and Arreola's durability...

 

Tua ducked Arreola like 3 times in the last 3 years. They had done deal two times and Tua backed off and now he is calling him out. Jeeeeez.

Not that Arreola's even much better than what he's been feasting on in his Maori TV contract, but he's PERCEIVED to be, and that's what matters in this business when it comes to generating buzz.

 

Would Tua do better with Peter or Arreola? Comments anyone?

W. Klit is likely to fight Povetkin, who is #1 in both the IBF and WBO. Tua is #2 in the WBO and Peter is #2 in the IBF. So if Klit beats Povetkin, he'll most likely face either Tua or Peter. Why not have a box off between Tua and Peter to see who gets to fight W. Klit? BTW, Arreola is #3 in the WBO, right behind Tua.

 

It's a good question.

The risk is higher with Peter, but so is the reward, in probably equal measure.

Unlike Arreola, he has one-punch power on a par with Tua's own (which Tua has arguably never tasted).

Unlike Arreola as well, he is a former world champion and therefore a better scalp.

Thats a fight that potentially could put Tua in title contention once more.

I think Arreola would walk right into one of those left hooks and that'd be all she wrote as he gets pummeled and put out.

 

If Tua still have the chin and the power, there's no way Arreola will last 6 or 5 rounds with Tua cause Arreola is wide open for a huge left hook from Tua.

 

Tua gets him out of there in 5 or less.
