Showed life? She was fighting for her life. There were several minutes that Cyborg just sat on top of her looking at the ref to stop it as she rained down blows. Horrible reffing. The job of the reff is also to protect the fighter.

I don't see how anyone couldn't be a Cung Le fan after that fight and that interview. Cung is a champion in and out of the ring. Masterful performance from Cung.

 

can't believe spinning kicks works in MMA first time i seen somebody use that move.

Main event time.

 

Every round she opened with strikes, then wilted. She would go for a leg, then turtle.

What ended up happening was total domination. Every facet was dominated by Cyborg. The only real opportunity there would have been an out of nowhere sub. You have to give people the chance for it. These are women, but an example is the sort of punishment Nog took from Crocop back in the day, only to come back with a sub. Or, the Le fight where he got chin checked and it cracked. Have to give the fighters the opportunity if the corner is willing to let their fighter go out.
