Fedor is getting old and that was gonna happen sooner or later. He'll prob rip the guy apart in the rematch but time is slipping away for Fedor and the curtain's starting to slowly close

He's kind of like the Demian Maia of the Heavyweight Division. ADCC Champ. That's absurdly difficult. Probably the most difficult grappling tournament by a huge, huge margin. Werdum is a good fighter, but he's far from the most well rounded. But, you don't go to the ground with an ADCC Champion especially if it's anything close to a high guard...

Jumping into the guard of a two time BJJ World Champion is always going to be dangerous.

And it's especially bad if you go to the ground as recklessly as Fedor did. Just plain dumb. Talk about playing right into a guy's strengths.

I know Werdums resume. All that accolades mean **** in MMA..Just ask JDS. I agree Fedor thought for a minute there that armbars and triangles wont work on him.

Hes probably thinking he followed Nog, he could follow Werdum but he hurt Nog. Werdum was barely off balance. Now Overeem is going to tear Werdum a new one when they fight.

I agree... a great man lost tonight to another great warrior... I thought it could happen against Overeem, but it can happen against anybody... Fabricio Werdum will have a place in history for beating the greatest fighter in MMA.

Dana White just posted a smiling face on his Twitter account, and about a million people are kissing his ass and telling him they knew Fedor sucked all along.

Ach, it happens. Once that hold is in place, nobody is getting out it.

However, just highlights why I prefer boxing to MMA. The guy who didn't do any obvious attacking won because he managed to get his legs round the aggressors head (I know it's a bit more complicated than that). It's a crap spectacle of flailing arms and legs to the casual fan.

Okay, to the idiots saying Fedor sucks...you're ******ed. You're mentally handicapped. The man is a legend of the sport and has one of the best resumes in the sports history. Amazing, amazing fighter.

He just lost. He's not perfect, he made a mistake and he's made many mistakes in his fights, only this time someone did something about it.

The sad part is that for someone whos just started watching or a casual fan would think whats the big deal with this Fedor guy.

Its fighting, it was bound to happen sooner or later. The fact that Fedor went this ****en long without taking an L is just about unheard of in MMA.

I kinda view tonight like when Lennox Lewis got beat by Haseem Rahman, you just ****en knew Lennox was gonna win in the rematch.

I have never been so disappointed. I can only think of one similar situation in the Olympics of Sidney when Karelin lost to one american guy
