I remember where I was when Tyson lost for the first time. This is no different. I will say Werdum is all class. Fedor got caught up in a tight triangle and slick move by werdum. Hats off to Werdum, Hats off to Fedor for an amazing run at dominace, he will certainly still go down in history as the best.

    Fedor also humble in defeat.:thumbsup

as a fedor fan i'm just shocked man wtf, how could fedor just ****ing jump right into that triangle like that i know hes smarter then that its a shame that 1 second of regret destroyed his legacy.

just the fact of dana white acting like he was right all this time about fedor makes me sick. Fedor always had larger than life expectations and i dunno man i guess i believed in his aura/ability to never get "caught" like that. Tonight is a sad day in MMA history but big ups to Werdum from a fellow Brazillian.

People should've seen this coming. Maybe not from Werdum but from others. Fedor has looked very beatable, much moreso than some of the current UFC champs.

I don't think his legacy is destroyed. His stock just went down but his legacy is sealed.:good

If everyone says he is sliding and he looks to be just that then why not expect it. I actually had a bad feeling tonight and thought he might just get caught by Werdum. Werdum has some slick BJJ and Fedor would have been better off keeping it standing but hey it's MMA. He is still the best fighter in MMA history and should be remembered as such.

Well dude he lost the same way he always won if you think about it. We always knew Fedor swung punches widly and you figured maybe someone could get inbetween those shots and expose that flaw. Well I figured it would be on the feet if it where to even happen but Werdum did it off his back he stayed relaxed while Fedor swung for the fences and caught him. The man made one mistake and paid for it, just shows hes human after all. I have a feeling though after he said "the man who never falls never gets up" that hes going to come back and just kill guys even worse then his original run of dominance.

Fedor lost trying to finish Werdum and after that I have became fan of him more than before. I prefer Fedor not abandoning this style and lost in his future fights than becoming a boring point fighter

I hope the old hungry Pride version comes back and at least avenges before he retires.

I believe he will. Im sure Overeem-Werdum II is next and I think Strikeforce will likely have Fedor wait around and make his 3rd fight and last fight on his contract vs Werdum win or lose. BTW this was the same hungry fighter he just got caught doing the same wild **** hes always done.

Him and his coaches always disregarded BJJ, you can't. It's better grappling than Sambo and it's about time they admit it.

Damn, doesnt that make him 2-0 with the Emielenko Brothers?

Those are some impressive names on a resume, let alone wins over!

I didnt see this fight yet but I will.....

    Lets see a rematch!
