Mundine always had the phisical tools to beat the best, but boxing is much more mental than phisical, i blame very ignorant management, trainers, dieticians, managers etc for choc not living up to his potential, and i might be wrong, choc might be the stubborn mule of the bunch and might have nobody but himself to blame. He was guided to the slaughter house from young{sven otke} and now he cant even set eyes on a real animal ever again.

IMAGINE IF choc was guided properly ,with his confidence being still intact and some decent management he would of been special.

CHECK OUT HOW HE LOOKS IN THAT PIC, HOLY **** HE LOOKS LIKE SKELETOR FROM MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE, SHOCKING.:D

Johnny is a nice fella but he has said some mind blowing things about Australian boxing/boxers.

Articles like that annoy me. Johnny is a well known boxing official in Aus, and his opinion will sway the average punter. People should not have their vision of Mundine clouded - keep fact as fact.

On the note of Calzaghe v Mundine.. this is one fight he should have made at his best! Circa 2005, I would back Mundine - and I cant stand him. Anyone want to ask me why?

    Why??

Any version of Mundine gets overwhelmed by Calzaghe's workrate.

    Agreed Jet.

I used to think he was the man back in the Fenech, Harding, Kostya days, but I reckon he's taken too many stray punches to the head while holding the focus pads.

I ****in hate it when so called respected boxing authorities such as Johnny Lewis make absolutely ridiculous dumb comments about boxing that are completely untrue and baseless as he demonstrated in saying that Mundine could have beaten Hopkins or Calzaghe. ****in tell it how it really is Johnny or shut your mouth.

Stop kidding yourself.. He'll have to take the International, in order to claim the interim before attempting the regular enroute to world domination at SuperChamp.

That means atleast 15 more trips to Oz for some lucky Argentinians in the process.

I reckon he should fly the Argie Soccer team over here on their way back from World Cup victory.

You seen them guys hit the deck from phantom contact, amazing? :patsch

    Makes me sick.
