Exactly!! You'd think what I was saying was complicated... but it's unbelievably simple and obvious!!!

You don't understand nutrition at all you ****ing idiot. Eating 5 main meals a day and drinking protein shakes round the clock for a prolonged period of time can **** your liver up bad long-term. Any sports nutritionist would confirm this. But you wouldn't understand that because you're a braindead slag.

(also, add to that the danger of fighting someone at their natural weight while you have artificially inflated your own weight - even a cross-eyed stepchild like you should be able to grasp that point)

I'd like to point out that Cotto was weighing under the 140 limit as well, does that mean he didn't have trouble making that weight too?

Cotto insists that he will not go below 145 while Pacquiao says he is fighting Cotto at 143.
Yesterday Cotto said he is sticking to his decision to fight the pound-for-pound king at 145, no more, no less.

Cotto (34-1, 27 KOs), a titleholder at 147 pounds, had agreed to drop below the welterweight limit for the fight.

Ultimately, they agreed on a 145-pound maximum weight.

Do people get to control what race they are? Do people get to control what scum think of their race and them as people? Do people get to control what scum are allowed to say about their race and them as people?

You are the lowest form of life on the planet. Calling someone '******ed' or 'handicapped' is in poor taste, but it is not in any way meant to degrade people with those afflictions, it is a comment on the person you are calling it, it's a cheap insult. To make vile racist slurs about a group of people is of course designed to degrade those people. You are a dog.

Thanks. The thing about this is, after Cotto's team refused, Roach changed his demands to 145. Cotto agreed figuring one pound is nothing, but it may have well done damage to his performance.

Yesterday Cotto said he is sticking to his decision to fight the pound-for-pound king at 145, no more, no less.

Pacquiao, on the other hand wants it at 143, although his trainer, Freddie Roach appears to be agreeable to 144. But Cotto remain steadfast in his decision which was reached earlier in consultation with his nutritionist.

Didn't I flush this little turd yesterday?? :huh He has clearly bubbled back round the U-bend. Time for the toilet brush...

Answer me this moron, what fighter is going to be most tired:

    - Fighter A, who has dictated the pace of the fight, took zero punishment, and is using an injured fighter for target practice, and is in the 9th round

    or

    - Fighter B, who has suffered two KD's, taken a horrible beating, and is running in survival mode trying to stagger across the finishing line in the 12th round?

Don't let the door hit you on the way out you imbecile. :good

popkins you don't know anything than what you see on tv. try losing 5 lb of water weight right now and then tell us how hard it was and im sure your not under 7% body fat. guys who are 7% and under trying to lose or gain weight is very hard. a guy who is 3% body fat and needed to gain 3 lbs of muscle would be like you, a fat kid and gaining like 10lbs of muscle. think about that in reverse, so a guy trying t loose 1 lb is equivalent to your fat ass loosing 10

I guess I was wrong on that one then. It still doesn't change that the weight still could have affected him. Anyway, I still think Pac would have won regardless.

Thanks:good. Sometimes I feel like the only Floyd fan that at the same time can give Pacquiao props. He deserves it he's a great fighter. He beat other fighters I'm a fan to(Morales, Cotto, JMM) but I hold nothing against Pacquiao. I didn't think he won either of the two Marquez fights but that's besides the point he & JMM showed up and gave us fans two great fights.

Stuff I never knew that Popkins has taught the forum.

Losing one pound while being 10+lbs dehydrated, is easier to than gaining 3lbs fully hydrated (over the course of 2-3 months)

Also, eating 5 meals a day and having a protein ****s up your liver.
