Do you think Sergio Mora could snatch a decision against Mosley?

Looks like Mosley and Mora are fighting next at 154. Its a terrible style match up for Mosley IMO. Mora is a good boxer on the outside with good footwork. At this stage Mosleys footwork is his biggest flaw. Its terrible and I could see Mosley getting outboxed. What do you think?

What a waste of network space if it gets made. HBO should step up and give the proposed date to World MW Champion Martinez and let Mosley decide whether he's up to the challenge or not.

granted.he lost the rematch.but still.1-1 to mosley's 0-2 could be worth considering.

 

Mora also beat Ishe Smith, Najai Turpin (RIP) and Manfredo x2... he's serious business

 

you never know if Mora comes in very motivated and Mosley takes the fight lightly like Vernon did then Mora could easily outwork Mosley.

 

Anything could happen given Mosley's age and his brute strength. One could give him an L and the other could give him a W.

 

Golden Boy's September 18th card won't be on HBO..it's going to be a PPV.

Vernon put on a clinic in the second fight but yes Mora did beat him in the first fight.

Nah after his last fight I doubt he takes he next fight lightly. But I do think he'll be in better shape because he won't be as inactive as he was before the Mayweather fight.

With his usual effective bodypunching I think it'll be a close fight that'll end by decision.

Styles make fights and boxers always have and will give Mosley problems. Win or lose I want him to retire for good after his next fight.

 

Definitely. I am pretty sure Mosley is completely shot. All Mora has to do is survive the first few rounds and let Mosley gas himself out. Mora can outwork him then from round 4 onwards.

 

If Mosley's at a point where he's actually considering a fight against Sergio Mora then he really should retire. Of course, his ex took all his money, so he probably needs to fight a few more.

 

Mora has that style, He could make anyone look bad.
Lately tho he has been looking better than ever, This could be a wrong style fight for an aging warrior like Mosley.
