Floyd will never ever fight Manny.

1. Manny isn't faster than Floyd. (look what happened to Shane)
2. Castillo was a more committed "stalker" than Manny.
3. Manny punches from angles very effectively, but Floyd uses angles to disrupt your movement, punching, etc.
4. Floyd isn't stupid enough to exchange with Manny. He won't hit him nearly as much as he hits most opponents.

Manny is a southpaw with great power.
He can physically keep punching. (don't know if he will given Floyd's defensive brilliance)
He's a strong-willed warrior that won't give in easily.

Floyd is a stylistic nightmare for Manny. He poses some problems, but Manny is going to have more trouble in this match.

4) Floyd is going to have to risk getting hit to counter, so he will exchange in spots if he goes full defensive that wont win the fight....

tl;dr, but I am going to assume the original poster essentially said Mayweather has never faced anyone like Pacquiao. Well the exact opposite is true as well. Pacquiao has NEVER EVER faced anyone like Mayweather. He avoided Raheem, skipped by both Guzman and Campbell during his title crusades. So assuming he skipped those guys for a reason, it would mean he has trouble with boxers. If that is the case, Mayweather would dominate him. But this doesn't mean **** unless they fight.
