I'm surprised with all the talk in the last weeks, that Fraudley Harrison doesn't appear in the rankings. Maybe it's true that he won't get a shot at Haye. Though it should be said that he doesn't deserve a place in the top 15. Ustinov defended his EBA title on Saturday, and called for a title shot against his promoter, Vitali Klitschko :nut.

Solis is pretty high up there on the list, maybe he can get a shot at KO'ing Haye a 2nd time. He'd have a better shot against Haye then he would against Vitali (Solis is the WBC #1 contender), and it would give Haye the chance to avenge a loss. This fight would also help clear the path to a Klitschko / Valuev match and would serve as Vitali's mandatory defense, being that Valuev is ranked #2 behind Solis.

These 2 fights getting made could make for a pretty interesting fall in the heavyweight title scene.

Meehan is above Adamek. That is all you need to know about the WBA rankings.

If Haye sends a wire to the WBA's Swiss bank account of say 10,000 EUR I bet Harrison would magically appear at spot #14 or #15 in an "emergency update" of the WBA HW rankings.

hasn't Haye already come out and laughed off a Harrison fight??

    ESB rankings are the best.

Ustinov #4??? Briggs in a top ten? Mormeck close to a top ten?

No wonder the WBA is considered the bronze medalist in alphabet prestige.

Higher as in over Gomez and Bakhtov, or higher as in "top ten"? A win over McCall isn't a top-ten golden ticket.

I am surprised Briggs is ranked that high, could he be one win away from a title eliminator?

Since Vitali, he has fought three so-so guys this year and won all three. Two UDs and a knockout. :conf

Alright then Gomez I guess is ok ranked there not like he is number 5 then there would be some explaining to do

It seems Brigg's beat a bunch a bums in row by early KO to get ranked strategy is working

I'd love to see Valuev pound him
