Sosnowski almost made the distance against Vitali. While I doubt Holy can win more than 1-2 rounds (at best), there is a good chance Vitali would take no chance and just outjab him in another boring defence.

Considering the Holyfield/Valeuv and Haye/Valuev matchups, this might not be a bad idea. But Evander is looking for a big check so that leaves Haye out.....

jumping in on page 5 but i really think it's time, like most on here, for evander to retire with dignity.

in espn's top 50 fighters from 50 states, the writer proclaimed (with paraphrasing): "with more size Holyfield may have been the greatest heavyweight ever".

while that is a tall order, he's a legend and should not be sought by anyone, wlad, haye, ****ing ANYONE as a stepping stone. I don't think wlad would ever fight him (**** do i know though) but it's time BOXERS themselves boycott holyfield

retired boxers complain about how managers, fans, promoters use them and spit them out, leaving legends with nothing. well what about what BOXERS do to other BOXERS??! berbick fighting ali, archer fighting robinson, green fighting jones:twisted: boxers need to treat their fellow athletes with dignity and respect and let them retire in peace

    end of rant

It is merely an attempt to make a big payday.

And people expect me to take him seriously at this point? Like I said, the shots to the head have finally gotten to him.

BOSTON, June 30 (Reuters) - Testosterone treatments may build muscle mass in older men, but they may carry a risk of heart problems in people with poor mobility, U.S. researchers said on Wednesday.

Maybe if Holyfield had a time machine and he can become the boxer that he was against Riddick Bowe.

But both Klitschko's would murder Holyfield right now.

Prime Evander kicks the **** out of both of them, no doubt whatsoever in my mind. But now....nope. Not a chance against either brother at this point in time but he can take comfort in the fact that he'll always be remembered as a better HW than those two steroid abusing bums.

it'd be a sad, sad fight if it happened. holyfield just doesn't have it anymore and has too much pride. he probably still thinks he's the boxer that fought against Bowe. if he was, I would give him a serious chance to deciscion vitali and ko wlad.

Not that I wanna see Holy-Haye, but Holy should've really pressed for some type of mandatory position because of the controversial loss to valuev. A fight with either NV or Haye is about the best Holy could hope for in terms of money. Neither Klit would consider fighting him and just don't see any other decent paying fight for Holy
