    How did the WBO Asia Pacific & Oriental belt holder (#5 in the WBO) suddenly spring to #7 in the WBA?

    No record of him in the WBAs top fifteen in April.

    Yet suddenly in May hes rocketed to number seven.

    Hes only had two fights this year, one in March, TKO8 over Elvir Marbun and a W UD12 over Gary Comer in June.

    Has the WBA suddenly decided to recognise WBO regional belts? Is this a precedent.

    Khoder it be something else?

    whats the PABA all about Leon? i notice mundane goes for PABA then chases the WBA crowns.

    PABA is the Pan Asian Boxing Association, a regional offshoot of the WBA.

    Pretty sure winning a PABA title guarantees you a top 15 ranking.

    Not sure where the WBO regional belts come into play with WBA rankings. I would have thought they'd have no effect.

    Add this sudden rocketing to stardom in the WBA ratings to the 'scripted' push and shove shananigans from last night, and all that remains is confirmation of a date really Leon.

    so does that mean you would normally have to obtain a PABA title in order to get into the WBAs top 15 ratings?

    It certainly helps, or you could do it the old fashioned way and beat good fighters on the way up. Definitely a benefit if you live in this region. The path is there so why not use it.

    Kali Meehan #6 HW
    Tim Bell #4 Light Heavy (PABA Belt holder)
    Les Sherrington #13 Super Middle (PABA Belt holder)
    Anthony Mundine #2 Junior Middle
    Ryan Waters #7 Junior Middle
    King Davidson #12 Junior Middle (PABA Belt holder) (Recently fought & lost for the OPBF title, scheduled to defend against Waters victim Marbun for the PABA soon)

    It originally guarenteed you a WBA rating but then they changed it to you had to win two regionals to guarenteed a top 15 ranking if you are outside, such as PABA and Fedelatin etc

    Mandy vs Water has been in negotiation for the last few weeks.. The fight is signed, sealed and Khodered for Sydney (I hope Derek doesn't mind air travel) on the scheduled date.... when ever that is. TeamCunt flew Waters to Qld for the sake of an exploitive attempt of publicity... LMAO... The show better contain a few less clowns and a lot more acrobats to sell tickets this time.
