Both the boys put in a stella effort without much holding aswell,the pace was furious and the damage was absolutly devestating and brutal,again big props to the ref,although badly hurt "dommy" a win with a major title always coushins the pain,Fcuk that was brutal!Insert a long, well earned recovery, here;
great fight, big heart from both boys, i thought vea done pretty good to come back from that first round, he was rocked badly by a guy with 4 ko's, defence is something both guys should look into! i know vea won the title but there has to be some long term effects from getting your nose broken and busted up like that and going 12 rounds, youd have to think he'd prob cut pretty easy next time, i havent seen someone fight that busted up in a while! i say bring on the rematch...
Great great war!!! I think Vea needs at least 3 months away from boxing/sparring just to let his nose & face heal properly. If he does that, then he can for sure fight come November/December.
