Wow, reminiscent of Team Mundine flying Lester Ellis up to the Gold Coast so he could jump in the ring and challenge Mundine post-fight.

Oh well, at least Waters isn't a 6-years retired alcoholic

Just more glaring examples of sanctioning bodies fiddling with the numbers, hoping that no one notices or not caring if they do. Get this up ya....

Only thing worse would be if Milham got on here and tried to defend it.

Id rather watch him fight Lovemore than Waters. Lets face it, Medley would give waters fits and we all saw what Choc did to Medley. This fight is nothing more than pocket change for mundane and a big pay day for waters.

The only reason waters got rated in the top 10 WBA is because imo khoders done some deal, the fight was pre arranged even before the ratings come out i rekon and then when the ratings come out it allows them to spruke it off to the public and we are all expected to swallow it. ( No ash likes to swallow jokes please lol )

Choc should watch footage of Ryan Waters vs Guy Alexander if he is looking for some more fake azz WWF moves! lol

He has a punchers chance m8, about as much as the argie did the other night!

This sht is becoming so routine now its begining to read like a script that repeates itself over and over again!

At jnr middle, Medley would beat Waters easily.

Routinely, I'd have no problem putting a lazy $50 on Ryan to KO Mundine at jnr middle. But three things will prevent me from having a punt on this "154" fight.

    1. Khoder Nasser.

    2. Derek Milham.

    3. A set of electronic scales.

Pretty friggin sad when you know the weigh in is rigged. They have all the bases covered.

if he fights Waters in September at JMW do you think he will still fight Woods at SMW in December or put it back or pay him off?

I would also add a 4th Point Jet.

    4. Samuel Colomban 65.90kgs (Debut) Win TKO End Round 5 (DSF) Over Ryan Waters

How much money would have been lost on the promotion the other night?

Mundine doesnt run at a loss which is why he forces undercard fighters to sell tickets, he can never loose this way. The downside of that is these undercards get to hand pick their opponents and in most cases its not an even match.

    Why would I be embarrased?

The Mundine fight was always a walk in the park....I have always said this

The only positive thing I said about the night was Alex V Travis and the fact that khoder shelled out the cash to bring this huge fight over.

Regarding the weigh in it sounds wrong if it did happen that way....Im not an official but I have been told by one thats not how it happens.

So if its true then how did the QLD officials let them get away with that...its just wrong?

Oh and for the thread title...Im not excited about this fight

I don't think that will evn enter the equation TC. If this fight is held in NSW, a lot of the sticking points become moot.... They won't get their scales, won't get the officials they want and if Choc is forcd to actually make '54 Waters is a massive chance of knocking him out, just like Medley would of at '54 :deal

You sure it was a walk in the park? I only saw 8 rounds before leaving the club quite bored, but to me, Juarez looked stronger than Mundine and was able to push him around. i bet Mundine felt his shots more than the other way around. That's not to say Mundine won the fight easily on the cards.

But it wasn't a cake walk. No fight at 154 will be for the insect on steroids.
