He's got to have some gorilla like strength. I'd say at LEAST 405 and with some training and steroids he could probably break the world record.

A couple thousand freaking pounds. How dare you insult him with a low estimate like that? SNV Army floods thread to give you the flogging you deserve in 3....2....1

In reality such a huge frame is not optimal for bench pressing. He wouldnt stand a change to break the world record

He must be able to bench weigh more than that. I do some small time benching, and I weigh 231lbs and can bench 440lbs, so someone of that size must be past the 500lb easily..

You dont recon he could or you bullshitting me? If its second I aint kidding bro. The places I used to train at the steroid boys used to bench 250 kgs like it was a warm up, which is why I agree, if valuev trained he could be way up there with that body mass

You ever see that part in Unbreakable when Bruce Willis is benching? He keeps piling more weight on. And more. And more. He realizes that his strength is unlimited. I would say that's an accurate representation of Niko in the gym. His spotters are all hired strong-man-competion types, and they're ****-scared of Niko. He once killed a sparring partner while wearing 40oz gloves. A real hunter always eats what he kills.

I'd guess maybe around 500 Lbs or something, pretty low estimate just because his arms are so long, making the bench press a lot harder

I reckon this post is bull****.
You do some small time benching and can get over 440, no way. Look at the lifts that professional body builders do, they don't warm up with over 500lbs.

Dorian Yates, Kevin Leverone are a couple of examples of extremly strong bodybuilders and I'm guessing you aren't as strong as them.

With regards to Valuev look at his frame he's setup wrong for heavy benching. the best benchers are stockier stockier poeple with short arms, which is the polar opposite of SNV
