Well Pac has lost in the lower weight class and Floyd still has not, so it would be easy to say Floyd would have be him in any of those weight class.
the floyd that fought at 130-135 was a different, offensively capable fighter. he would own pac. the more flat footed, shoulder rolling floyd of 147 is a little different though... pac can definitely beat that one
Floyd wins 10 outta 10 against any version of manny. The one we see today is peak manny. I think the current more defensive minded version of Floyd beats today's manny. So younger more explosive Floyd beats smaller one diminsional manny to a coma.

130 - Pac 135 - Pac 140 - Pac 147 - Hard to say. I don't know if we've seen the best Pacquiao at this weight yet but in his current form vs Floyd in his current forum its pretty much depends on what the judges like to score.
have to agree that mayweather would win at the lower weights but from lightweight up i think it would be more even. Mayweather is without the most accurate boxer of his generation and pacquaio gets hit. still would like to see Floyd shoulder roll and slip Mannys super punches though. I heard a rumour that these guys were apparently thinking of fighting a while ago.
Mayweather would win at all weights most likely. But would have a way easy at 130 by TKO/KO and would probably win fairly easy at 135 too.
