Dirrell's elusive style, speed, and underrated power will make Ward look ordinary. Dirrell's has improved as a fighter between the Froch and Abraham fights, and was clearly more willing to let his hands go in the Abraham fight, which resulted in a masterpiece performance. I believe that Dirrell's DQ win will not effect him negatively and he should outclss Ward.

Ward is not as fast as Dirrell, and not as quick on his feet. Dirrell has underrated heart and bravery and is, in my opinion, is not as mentally weak as many say. Dirrell's talent will overcome Ward's roughhousing, cheating tactics, and headbutting, as Dirrell is athletic enough to confuse Ward and render those roughousing strategies ineffective.

The more I think about this fight, I lean towards Ward stopping Dirrell.

And if he loses, well, we all know he can certainly out act him.

From what I've heard those two have known each other for a while so who knows how many times they've sparred together in the past, and Dirrel could know something he can
    exploit in this fight.

Dirrell has a good chance at winning...but i don't know about easily.

first 2 rounds will be a tag match. after that..I think ward is going to try to move in for the kill
because he won't win a jab contest with Dirrell.

Dirrell doesn't have what it takes mentally to hold up to Ward. Dirrell will be competitive early but Ward will slowly take him apart.

thats a very tough fight to predict.
since Ward is a style chameleon I´d think he finds a way to beat Dirrell. However both know eachother well and Dirrell is fast enough to connect clean and probably powerfull enough to score a stoppage.
atm i really consider it as a 50-50 fight.

There's no current fighter between 160 - 175 who would "easily" beat Ward.

Dirrell is faster with better reflexes but I don't think he's as versatile. Ward can fight inside, outside and can adapt to any style in front of him.

I think Dirrell will give him a close fight but I think Ward will find a way to win.

    Yes. Yes. And Yes again.

One thing that seperates Ward from other S6 fighters is he seems much more mentally strong, without being overconfident (Froch) Abraham also comes across as relaxed, but focused, I just dont get that feeling with Dirrell and Green. (And Taylor when he was in)

Dirrell should beat Ward. Might be like Jones/Hopkins 1, but more dominant.

I'd love for dirrel to win to block froch from entering to th next round. But ward is gonna maul that kid. After dirrel loses he can exit the super six with valuable experience that will enable him to lock up a fight with bute or simply dominate the rest of the crop at 168. Ward by ud

Pretty much dead on. Dirrell can't fight on the inside and doesn't stand a chance in hell against Ward, who is quite obviously a master, on the inside. What's Dirrell going to do to Ward that Green didn't do? Land a few pot shots? Good luck on that one. I'm going out on a limb here, but I think Ward may be a tad harder to land on than Abraham. Call me crazy, just a hunch.
