    Boxing isn't waning in popularity because of it's validity as a sport, it's dying because the assholes who promote it are ripping you off. Keep making them rich, nobody gives a ****. Overpaid mismatches, shitty fight cards, red tape. You wanna buy a crappy product go right ahead.
