How did I know that possibly two of the most ignorant posters on here would turn up straight away.

Each fighter on the list qualifies for an Irish title and has indicated that they would fight for an Irish title.

Because you make slurs about people (Brits) not knowing about half of your lists you Irish *****

Liam Walsh was born in Rotheram and has lived in Norfolk most of his life
    Same with Michael Walsh
    Same with Ryan Walsh
Martin Murray is from St Helens and has boxed there from at least the age of 10 - Also he boxed for England as an AM after winning the English ABA's

That list is ****ing awful and padded with English fighters

BOTH of Frankies parents are Irish - that makes him a lot more Irish than most of your Cricket team are English.

Now back to boxing or I'll post a list of "English" sportsmen that havent got a single dropped of English blood! :good

I'd hardly be proud of winning an Irish title when I was born in England mate.

IMO if you fight for the Irish title you should automatically be ineligible for the British, and vice versa.

I've got Irish ancestory too, but it doesn't mean I consider myself Irish.

Pot meet kettle. You continually include Irish fighters in your British world ranked boxers thread simply because they qualify to fight for British titles. Everyone on SBW's list, including Gavin, have Irish ancestry and qualify to fight for the Irish title, and what do you mean we can have guys from Northern Ireland?! Of course we can, they're Irish ffs.

each to there own and fair enough I accept your position.

But not all 2nd and 3rd generation Irish in Britain feel like you - many are very proud of their Irish roots or consider themselve primarily Irish. That should be respected but often isnt by the BNP squaddie types on here.

    :rofl

Whats your problem with Squaddies :|:|:|

Half of them fighters will go for the Irish title because it's a lot easier to win that the Brit title is :good Nice shiny trinket for next to no effort
