Fair enough pal, however I've seen a hell of a lot of him. From his amateur days to all of his pro fights and a hell of a lot of training/sparring. If I am wrong then so be it however I genuinely believe Gavin will be at least a '1 Weight World Champion', and I don't mean a cheap WBO shot either.

Thas very harsh mate. Saville and McDonagh were very good gatekeepers who were expected to test Gavin. Neither did. Tate has looked a decent gatekeeper in previous bouts (I know that could be given as a poor stoppage though)
I may be talking him up but with comments like that you're talking his level of opposition down. He's hardly got a Price/Jeffries esque record has he.

Saville and McDonough are the level below gate keeper. I would say Jason Cook and Night Wright would be gatekeepers

 

Saville maybe, I wouldn't say McDonagh is. But still they aren't bad opponents for your 4th and 6th fights respectively.

Dan im a gavin fan, not slandering his name either as the source is a top amatuer who used to knock around with him. Fair enough but if you're such a fan it seems daft that you're spreading rumours about him on an internet forum potentially costing him fans and giving ammunition to those (Like Rob Palmer) who don't like him anyway ?
