ESPN : NSAC won't license Margarito until he sees CSAC. Margarito suing CSAC?

Sad, especially those who claim to LOVE boxing, back up organizations that have proven to hurt boxing.

But reality is that Margarito was one of the most hated fighters in the sport before the Mosley fight.

He embarrased two of Puerto Rico's rising stars and embarrased Mayweather....You couple that with his rugged style, and him being Mexican...Forget it....

..The racists, the Puerto Ricans, and the blacks all hate him.

 

Well, that is the issue. That is what the California commission finally ruled. You have gone on record about how bad/crooked they are. However, if that was their ruling, they really left themselves with no grounds to NOT renew his license.

just a few months ago they were grilling this same commission when it came down to drug testing, but now all of a sudden they're the best commission ever

The thing is that yes loading gloves can be serious, but we didn't have Resto level glove loading even in the worst case scenario. Also his hands were wrapped in the presence of a CSAC official so if anyone's butt should be in the fire it should be the CSAC official along with the trainer who ADMITTED doing this without Margarito's knowledge. Marg has been open about the whole thing.

Margarito did what he was told he had to do to restore himself. If they felt the punishment should be longer then they should have given him the appropriate punishment.

He did his time and is ready to move on. Let him.

 

I'm pretty sure all those people you listed have come clean about using roids.....Margo on the other hand........

the csac rep that was there didnt even wanna let nazim see the wrap...it was margo that raised his hand offering himself....he did that so naz and the commisioner would stop arguing cause naz threatened to call the fight off.......

The people backing him up were there for a reason. atsch

I don't see why they didn't ask him if he trained with the same or similar wraps. If it was the first time those wraps were placed on his hands before the bout, and they were different from his training...then maybe he could have questioned it. But if they were the same, pre-prepared wraps he used for training...then maybe he could be telling the truth.

many fighters even tyson said "**** the commission and the fans" and went on and fought in other states only to come back and **** the fans out of great fights by coming in unprepared.....yet tyson does that, rapes women, constantly gets in trouble and gets love from everyone

while someone honest like margo gets grilled left and right :-(

 

Came clean? What does that exactly mean? They said what went down and did whatever the commission said do... Just like Margarito.

We are all human. All we can do is use the evidence we have and rule accordingly. If a crime is committed and someone pleads guilty, you can't just keep holding it over someone else's head because you FEEL they did it. It isn't right.

I was a Margo hater as much as the next man during this ish, but when I stepped back and looked at it? I just can't see why he is getting done like this.

Why give a man a sentence if you plan to persecute him FOREVER? Defeats the purpose of having a system.
