The day after the fight Sky news did, cut to the chase, I don't like foreplay.

Imagine if Haye had a $3.5 million deal with Sky and Wlad was knocking out 1 million+ PPVs in Germany, would 50-50 be fair then?

The same people arguing Wlads case would be screaming "Haye should only get 10%!!!"

the hypocrisy of the situation astounds me. Hayes been a ***** a lot, I won't deny this, but he's a ***** who brings the ££, that's fact.

Ok I'll cut to the chase, I think you are basing everything on the ppv sales for Haye V Valuev which was a huge success down to Sky marketing it as David V Goliath. I find it incredible to believe that Haye V Ruiz done anywhere near as many sales. There were no official figures released for Haye V Ruiz so to state that Haye V Harrison or Haye V anyone but a Klitschko would do 1 million sales is purely speculation and seems pretty far fetched.

It's a fact that both sides are at fault...but neither side on here is going to concede that so we're going to get 30+ page threads on which one is the bigger coward until the fight finally happens. It's all good fun I suppose but a bit repetitive.

    Far fetched?

I'm basing my figures on the fact Haye Valuev, that's right Valuev done 800k!! Yet you think adding 200k for for Wlad is far fetched??

As for Harrison, in the British publics eyes he's the poor mans Bruno, that'll do 1 million, bank on it.

He'll if Hatton can do over a million for PBF and just under for Manny why on earth do you think Haye wouldn't pull in big numbers?

Agreed FW. I've posted quite a bit on other threads, in the 'Haye was offered 50-50" thread I give him quite a bit of ****, especially for not going after Vitali.

Gives us something to talk about I suppose. Take Chef for an example, he's always giving his opinion, and even though I disagree sometimes the place is better off with him here.

I said Haye V anyone but a Klitschko wouldn't do 1 million buys. You are pulling figures out of thin air and presenting them as fact. You are ignoring the part Valuev played in the sucess of that ppv and assuming that Sky can throw Haye in with anyone and expect to sell 1 million ppvs! So yes it is far fetched verging on ridiculous.

I tell you what, you show me were I said 'fact', you can't, I didn't. I said bank on it as an educated guess, how the hell can it be fact when it hasn't come to pass?

I'll bookmark this page. God forbid Haye Harrison goes ahead but if it does I'll be back here pointing this out.

You vastly underestimate the British publics want for a clash of two British fighters, even if it is Harrison.

I've given Haye my fair share too, and if he dares take a fight with Harrison after all this then I'll be the biggest Haye-ter on the ****ing board I guarantee it. That said I find the hypocrisy on both sides in this argument amusing and I'll push buttons whenever I'm bored :p

The whole thing reminds me of this little gem....

So Haye wlad is the biggest HW fight out there EXCEPT England that would rather watch haye Harrison?
    Please:roll:

I agree Haye is the bigger draw in the UK.. of course he is... but to say Wlad is no draw at all is stupid

Why 100%.. why not offer 75-25:think

When you demand something knowing the other side either cant or would never accept, is that really try to get the fight or GET OUT OF THE FIGHT?

It's what you imply when you claim Haye is the draw and should get to keep 100% of UK tv money. By the way you said Haye brings the ££ "FACT". When you should have said Haye V a marketable opponent brings the ££ because that's all we know for sure.

Why Chef? If they set up PPV they'd make vast amounts. Don't get me wrong I know they're not short of a bob or two but it would be a huge money spinner.
