There is no PPV in Germany, there never has been. There is not even any subscription based TV, the last provider went bankrupt a couple years ago after running losses in the millions.

All of Germany's TV is free TV, either publicly subsided (like Sauerland's partner ARD) or ad-supported private broadcasters, the biggest being Wlad's station RTL.

The money Wlad brings in from Germany with RTL is the maximum attainable from Germany, like it or not. That's how things are. Anybody suggesting otherwise is deluding himself.

    so let me ask....

Wlad (K2) is the promoter. they offer 50% across the board.....including TV.. what is Haye putting in? Everyone said 50-50 is fair.... yet again.. what is Haye putting into the pot

he wants 50% of wlad and 100% of himself.

As I've said Wlad vs Povetkin in the UK wouldn't sell 50k. No chance.
Haye - Wlad would do 200k more than Valuev because it's Haye fans shelling out for the fight, not Wlads.

I have no idea what RTL's viewing figures are for a Wlad fight but let's say it's 10 million for Chambers. Wlad Haye would crush that, say 12 million. By your theory the other 2 million are watching because of Haye!! They're not, they're Wlad fans watching to see him spark Haye.

CHEF, just tell Wlad to accept Haye's bluff for this one time, so that he can just punish his ass around the ring.

About time Germany caught up and went PPV if you ask me. Surely the Klitschkos have the power to change the system.

Remember Hatton Mayweather Chef? Mayweather got the USA ppvs, Hatton got the Uk.

You just pointed out Germany doesn't have a PPV structure. I'd always just assumed they did but K2 didn't take part in it. Fact is if Germany had PPV there wouldn't be a problem would there?

I've never seen a single report regarding the PPV numbers of Haye - Ruiz. Where did you see those reports? Can you post a link? Or is it just hearsay?

Truth....I just love the fact that these people that don't even live here try to argue about it. Has WALDO ever had a PPV fight on over here? VITLAY has (Lewis) but we all know who sold that fight in the UK and I think it was one of Lewis's lowest PPV figures (correct me if I'm wrong)

WALDO fights aren't even shown over here live as far as I can remember....we got a few on Setanta but anyone over here that wants to watch a WALDO fight live has to do it on the net 90% of the time.

Give up? I don't understand. In the UK people pay for basic Sky, we pay extra ontop for ppv events, why can't RTL do the same?

Remember Lewis - Holyfield I, BoxingfanNo1? Lennox accepted 33% of the revenues while Holyfield got 66% from what I remember.

Why? Because Lennox knew he wanted to become undisputed champ no matter what. He was a warrior at heart, a man who not only talked big but backed it up in the ring.

Compare that with Haye when he's given chance after chance at writing boxing history.
