'Monzon KO'd Frazier in Sparring'

I can't imagine that they actually would of spared together but I might get a chance to talk to Vito next month at the Night of Champions do in Cardiff. I'll try and get some info. Joe will be there as well but I don't really fancy asking him about it, what do you's think?

 

Just go straight up to Joe and say ," Oi!, whats this about skinny Monzon knocking you down? You Philladelphia fairy". That ought to get his attention.

That's what i was worried about. it would be something to tell the grandkids about though. I think I'll ask Vito, when Joe's out of earshot of course.

Just ask Joe if he's ever sparred Monzon. If yes, ask him how it went. If no or it comes out Monzon didn't drop him point to Vito and tell Joe he's sayin' different LMAO

Just got back from Cardiff. Unfortunately Antuofermo never turned up even though there was a plane ticket paid for. We're no closer to the truth.

I agree, if there was any truth in this it would be one of most over-told storys in boxing.
