OK, I was holding back on judgment here.

After Marquez-Vazquez IV and Lopez-Concepcion...I hate to say it, but Lopez is going to knock him out.

Rafa could drop him in the process, however.

Yea JuanMa by Tko/Ko seems the smart pick here.

But if Marquez can land some pinpoint shots before his age catches him, he MIGHT be able to pull the upset.

JuanMa can be put down/buzzed when his oppenent has decent power, which Rafael has plenty of, so that will keep it very interesting, at least for awhile.

If Juanma maintains a solid d he can KO him.

I agree, but unless JuanMa dramatically ups his D, then Rafael's precision will find JuanMa's chin more often than not. Then we will see how long the ebb & flow will last.

Really? Because those 2 fights are what made me change my mind to a Rafa win.

In the Marquez-Vasquez fight i saw 2 very sharp fighters who for some reason looked in great shape. I was expecting slow punches with a low work rate.
I saw 2 guys who had speed still. The only difference is Vasquez face did not hold up at all. I was very impressed with both though.

Lopez-Concepcion I saw a few things. JML has a very leaky defense. Even if he was caught going all out against Concepcion. His chin is not exactly solid either. He was hurt from a Concepcion left hook which is not really his money punch. Now he is also not a better boxer than Rafa so its not like he can choose to outbox Rafa. Power wise I think JML holds a slight edge. Lets not forget Rafa has KOd almost everyone he has beat except for 3 i believe.

Rafa is going to land and stun JML. Also JML is going to land and stun Rafa and we know what Rafa does when he is hurt.
What will Lopez do when he is hurt?

When this fight was mentioned months ago, I wasn't excited about it. However, I now like the fight a lot more. Many good young fighters have to eventually knock off an aging, but talented, veteran on their way to the top. This is the challenge for JuanMa. Now Lopez is younger, bigger, and stronger than Marquez and he will be the overwhelming favorite. However, Marquez is the much more talented figher. Lopez has sloppy defense, suspect footwork, and a shaky beard. Marquez is a smart, sharp, accurate, counterpuncher. If Marquez was younger, and a bit bigger, he would destroy Lopez. For that reason alone this is an intriguing fight. I see this fight ending in a knockout.

A great young up and comer VS. The great aging World Class Veteran.

Just hope its not a wipe out.

This is part of what boxing is all about right here.
