if it doesn't happen, I'd honestly blame Team Pacquiao. He's on a set schedule and the fight's slated for November 13th.

He should do everything in his power to make sure the fight is still alive. He can and should say no to anyone else other than Mayweather. He shouldn't however have to accept anything less than 50 percent.

Exactly! Same thing happened last time around when Arum set the March 13th date and tried to rush the fight and when it didnt happen he fought anyway on that day instead of negotiating more to make the fight happen. He is doing the same thing with this November 13th Date. Hell move the date to December if it means getting the fight made with longer negotiations or whatever. idk care if its march but make it happen.
