I think Darth Vader said it best when he said, "Impressive. Most Impressive."

Two that I'd have on there, the best WW fights of the 90s (along with Brown-Blocker) IMO, are Aaron Davis-Mark Breland and James Page-Jose Luis Lopez.

Light years better than the immensely overrated De La Hoya-Quartey posefest.

Much credit to come up with 50. I don't have the patience for that.

Which Trinidad fight would be up there? The Campas fight was his most exciting one in the 90s, but there were many better fights than that one in the decade.

If it were 2000-2009, then the Vargas fight would be a lock. That was a classic, maybe my most watched fight ever.

Great list. Reminds me of how much time I spent drinking beer with my fraternity bros and watching fights on the black box. Maybe that's why I stayed in college so long.

Plesantly surprised to see Zaragoza-McCallough in the top twenty. Carbajal-Chiqita Gonzalez I is my personal number II and I think Randall-Chavez is a bit high. Strictly nit picking comments though otherwise great list.

Vincent Pettway-Simon Brown was another excellent fight. It went back-and-forth with guys getting dropped or hurt, then turned into a foul fest, and then had an unforgettable ending.

Simon was in some real good fights. The Pettway fight was the best 154 lb. fight of the 90s IMO, and the Blocker fight was one of the two or three best 147 lb. fights of that decade.

His first fight with Tyrone Trice is up there with Leonard-Duran 1 as the top WW fight of the 80s as well.
