over at the scene roach says that cotto is no better then before with or without steward and that he didnt see a difference in the yuri foreman fight.said that manny winning his 8th title would be intruiging but manny beats cotto any day of the week and he would like for it to be at 154 not a catchweight (which is bull**** to me lol)

roach always has a mouth doesnt he? why does he always downplay cotto?cottos been nothing but a gentlemen in boxing and in their 1st encounter

As much as I can't stand Roach, he's right. Cotto lost something mentally, which is damn near impossible to get back. It's only been 1 fight, and Yuri is as weak as a belt holder as they come. Perhaps in a few fights, then maybe he has a small chance, but not now, no way.

Cotto would probably get Hatton'd in a rematch

i think a rematch would be a bit different with steward in his corner. i think it would be a bit more competitive but the same outcome! sad to admit but true. lol and i doubt roach will let pac fight him at the 154 limit. he will end up asking it to be at a catch of 150 or so.

For better or worse, Roach calls it like he sees it.

I'm a huge Cotto fan, and I really can't argue with him. IMO, a rematch stays competitive for 6 rounds instead of 3, but with the same outcome.

I agree, Pac would take it to him.

He's in great condition, has great speed, power and movement. Plus he adjusts well.

    Pretty much the whole package.

Arum and Roach are really trying their hardest to try ruin his image and future victories. I get the whole he believes in Pacquiao and what not, but to say Cotto is no better, yet they may be going after him again if Mayweather doesn't happen...it doesn't make sense to me. It just gives people ammunition...

Cotto has made a big change, he uses more speed and his footwork has improved. he steps in and out rather than going toe to toe war.

Cotto takes it to a UD in a rematch in a losing effort
