Ricky Hatton had his strengths which saw him be very successful at 140lbs for a decent amount of time. He was never really in the league of either Floyd Mayweather or Manny Pacquiao, though.

Like Lora said, we saw what Ricky had to offer as a Welterweight when he went life and death with Collazo.

Come on Addie, if you're going to talk ****, which you are, tell me exactly what you disagree with from my post on the matter, be objective:

Roach made it a catch weight with the sole purpose of weakening Cotto. But obviously you know more than Roach, right. Cotto himself was going to pull out of the fight when it was proposed at 144/143 because he couldn't make that weight.

Cotto is naturally a 160lb man when lean, thats what he weighs in the ring. He starves and dehydrates himself to make 147. So he's drained at 147 anyway but having the fight at 145 drains COtto even more than usual. When he weighed 146, he didn't have to weigh 146, so he could stay at 147 for a few days, when he weighed 145 he had to keep his weight down to 145 for a period to ensure he'd make weight.

Now Pacquaio would dominate Cotto at any weight, as I predicted before hand, but the fact remains Cotto isn't as strong when he drains himself further

And got KO'd by a guy who failed to stop Zab Judah or a fat Juan Manuel Marquez impersonator, despite landing literally hundreds of flush shots on them, especially the latter.

    BULL****.

Stop lying to pursue your transparent agenda.

The heaviest Cotto ever was on fightnight when he fought at welter was 159 vs Urkal, and he looked bloated and slow.

Ask any Cotto fan, they know this stat.

You are talking shite, making it up as you go along. :good

Yes you are, I was answering your accusation, if I give you a logical answer you will duck the points as you always do.

You deleted the majority of my post when replying, ignoring all the perfectly valid points pertaining to this particularly topic. That means you're unworthy of a reply

Cotto is always around the high 155-160s in the ring, he weighed 159-160 while at 140 actually, the man drains down, draining him further weakens him, its not complicated. I've even said the man in the posters you jack off to would dominate Cotto anyway, but no too many tears are flowing for you to see that

ESB's serious Cotto fans know the facts:

Antwuan Maxx was as big of a Cotto fan as you could meet. PP is as big of a lying moron as you could ever encounter.

 Except for the fact Antwuan is guessing fight night weights, how about we work on facts you disingenuous ****. For the official fight night weights I have never seen Cotto weigh less than 155lbs -hes weighed 159 at 140lbs FFS

:huh Floyd's only KOs at welterweight have been Sharmba Mitchell and Ricky Hatton. He didn't stop either Judah or Marquez there. Floyd is not a great puncher at 147, merely a good one. Yet, he cleaned Hatton's clock. Hatton was no welterweight. He didn't have the size or the chin for it.
