I'm exited. Last time Judah was on T.V., he was playing dice in Miami on youtube.

The truth at 140. He's a monster at this weight and this is where he belongs. With great power comes great responsibility and Zab realizes that now. NObody can match his talent at 140.

Watching Judah fighting a tomato can is hardly appealing although I will still tune in.

Man I am so hyped for this fight. Zab is my favorite fighter. Erratic, flashy, flawed... You never know what will happen when Zab gets in there. You do know though that it will be 4 GREAT rounds!

Oh dang good thing this thread was put up because I forgot he was fighting. Zab was one of those gifted fighters with great reflexes and power that could of seriously gotten far with some discipline, determination, and some added skills, but now that his reflexes have gone, he doesn't know what to do. His fight with Clottey was the last nail in the coffin. But I will admit he's still fun to watch win or lose. I can see him lose against the elite, especially at 147, but at 140 he might still have a chance. I like his chances there.

Prime Zab would be no.1 in today's JWW division.

WW was never his division because of the size disparity despite the lineal championship he won there.

This is no tune up for judah.. Santa Cruz is a live opponent and there wont be any surprises from me if he were to win.. THis guy is tall/lanky and has a hell of a workrate to match.. He probably has a massive reach advantage too so judah needs to get inside on this dude. OF all the fighters who's sparred Valero, Santa Cruz gave him the most trouble..

Judah should win this fight but a Santa Cruz win wouldn't be suprising and if Judah takes him lightly he probably loses. This should be a solid fight and for an ESPN fight it is very good.

Let me rephrase that. He WAS undisputed WW champ at one point so he did accomplish something very respectable. I still can't rate him higher than Cory Spinks for some reason. 2 very good fighters, but ended up losing to people they weren't supposed to lose. Judah to Baldomir, Spinks to Piccirillo. Even at their best they were so unpredictable. I think Zab if he puts his head on straight might still have 2-3 fights left at 140. Stylewise I think Bradley is worst for him. Would love to see him fight Alexander. Another thing. When Judah goes for the ko, he seems to do much, much better. He doesn't have the reflexes to be outboxing anyone or risk going the distance.

Zab still has pretty much the fastest hands in boxing. he also packs decent power. The guy is very unpredictable, we dont know what will happen. The guy seems to be a nut and have all kinds of emotional issues. But man, the guy has physical gifts and looks to be in great shape.

Santa Cruz is not a bum, he is a fringe contender who has fought some solid opposition.

At 140 Judah could maybe still make some noise. Lets see how this friday goes. If he comes out with an early KO i wouldnt be shocked. For 4 rds he is still a favorite over anyone around his weight.
