How much do you think the Klitschko's can bench?

    They are probably the strongest heavyweights out there. I was just curious how much you guys think they can bench and how many pushups and situps they can do? I am just curious how athletic boxers are in general. I heard that a prime tyson and pacquiao today could do 1000 situps but I highly doubt they could do that in 1 sitting, they probably do those situps 2-3 times during a day that is how it totals 1000 for the whole day.

    I am sure they could do it in one sitting... honestly, situps are easy. I can do them forever, I'm sure they Pac and prime Tyson could.

    WLAD:
    push-ups (on knuckles) 3 sets of 20 3 times a day

    Sit ups... about 300 sometimes up to 500 every day
    100 regular
    100 sitting on a workout fitness ball
    100 on the fitness ball with a 15-20 lb medicine ball against his forehead

    Bench press
    I dont know his max... but when we lift, he does 275 lb 20 reps 3 sets
    I can only do 225 18 reps:yep

    They are beasts:good

    situps are **** if pushed alot of people could do more then 1000 if they have the mental strentgh.

    i think they could bench press maybe 300 kg

    and do 100 pull ups/chinups straight off

    and thats a basic day... sometimes More

    actually wlad lifts hard only the first 2 weeks of camp... then maybe 1 day a week after that. Then Its a ton of swimming and sparring

    If you can find the "muscle and Fitness" mag with Wlad on the cover... it has all of us in it with a list of his workout.....its march or April 2009 issue I think

    Herschel walker used to not lift weights. He ran and did 1000 sit ups and 1000 push ups a day.

    David Haye could bench 394lbs when he was a cruiserweight training for Enzo. I imagine its higher now.
