Wlad is possibly THE best conditioned active heavyweight in the world. Since following his career way back in the mid 1990's, I've never seen him come in out of shape for a fight. He has always maintained his dedication to staying in shape. But now, his team is perfect, so that means he's in even better condition than he was 10 years ago.

Wlad has great people around him these days, and he HIMSELF is motivated to do what he does. It starts with the fighter. I can't see Wlad's team having the same results with a lazy ******* in camp (i.e. some of the other HWs out there).

Wladimir (and his brother Vitali) have always been dedicated athletes. It's inspirational to say the least.

yeh he has always said any athlete should be able to bench press double there body weight so he should be pushing 450lbs now.

He'll probably say that Haye's stamina is **** and that boxing isn't a weight lifting contest.

Not sure if I could do one of those....it sounds abnormally difficult!
Is somebody holding his feet...or is it all a strength + balance thing?

Yes. our job is easier with a guy like Wlad. Actually most camps we have to slow him down to keep him from overtraining
