Who knows though, Its not like they are hurting for money.. Also it would be a good way to stick it to HBO.

your wrong. The brothers take it to heart. HBO told them when they declined the chambers fight.."dont worry, we will pick up your next fight with either haye or Povetkin"... they didnt... NO WAY Wlad will let HBO have the Haye fight. I said it before. HBO screwed themselves:deal

and HBO dropped the mosley fight. See HBO is trying to make fights and thats bull****. They are to televise fights, not try and demand certain match-ups by refusing to show fights. Its bull****. its ****ing hard enough to get to fighters to agree to a contract... now they have to deal with HBO.. cocky assholes

Back when Showtime picked up Taylor it looked like they wanted to make a serious go of things. That didn't work out the way they wanted but the tourney is kicking up some interest. Competition is good. :yep

but for 250k, there are enough people that would want to watch Wlad/Povetkin that they should have it on

Yeah, not just the Klits. A lot of garbage on HBO boxing I agree. Then again how many exciting, high profile, fighters are out there? Not many.
