    Okay, so check this out...

    Dude says I bench 225 18 times
then he says he benches 275 15 times

So why stop at 18 with 225 when you could easily be in the 25-30 range with 225?

If he can do 275 x 15 x 1 (to failure) he shouldnt be doing hes regular workout with 225 x18. Also if he can lift those amounts, he should know it because it is pretty basic knowledge.

Also Wlads workout routine sounds like it is made up by someone, who doesn’t know **** about weight lifting.

Wlad is a pro athlete that weighs about 250lbs, so 275x20 sounds realistic for 1 set. When it comes to doing it for 3 consecutive sets, I doubt it.

Because who knows what the rest of his regular workout is? Let's say he usually does 200 military pushups as well.

People do things different when they are doing one-offs, just testing the limits or having fun.

A guy I know normally runs for 30 minutes every day. One day he says "**** it, I'm gonna do an hour" and so he does. Then he goes back to doing 30 minutes the next day.

You people act like that is impossible.

Weight lifting is full of dickheads who think that only they know what the best method is to get anything achieved.

It's as bad as martial arts. "My kung fu is better than your kung fu, you're a loser and a dickhead and you know nothing if you disagree."

It's that kind of attitude that makes me think that most serious weightlifters have mental problems.

Sure, sure you can defend him as much as you like, but it doesn’t change the fact he was obviously talking out of his ass.

The 275lbs for 15 is wrong because he claims his 1rep max was only 355, where he supposedly '**** himself'. If he could really do 275lbs 15times his max bench would be around 450lbs

20rep workouts for bench press don't make the most sense to boxers and isn't a sensible programe. It's too light to build strength

Uhh..He said "THE MOST I EVER DID" was 275 for 15. This means in his entire lifetime (perhaps he was a beast at 25 years old when he did it) was the 275 for 15.

He says that (NOW)....CUrrently he does 225 for about 18.

An example: I maxed at 300 (this was my goal this year) about a month ago. I started doing a lot of reps now, and not heavy weights, and I know I could not hit 300 at this point. So I would say something like....
The most I ever did was 300. I usually get 290 now.

    People have no common sense
