So, did he say that he did his max of 355 at the exact same time he was doing 275 x 15? Or could they have been done 10 years apart? People who are into serious weightlifting have personality disorders, means they can't think straight. "My kung fu is better.... blah blah blah" It gets so ****ing boring after a while. Hey, don't go bringing facts into this. We have roid headed ****wits beating their chests trying to act like alpha male apes. The funniest thing is when a roid head tries to get scientific. That **** is hilarious.
No they could not be done 10 years apart. You know why......? Because in this quote he tells how he lifted it with Wlad, between the usual days when he lifts 225lbs x20 three times. So why it is so hard to understand? What ****ing facts. He was wrong but you decided it must be a fact ,because he was defending your view point. atsch BTW Do you have some sort of inferiority complex to guys who lift weights? Couple of posters mentions that they have been doing weights for few years and you start calling them roid headed ****wits. As for your bull**** kung Fu reference, of course guys who actually go to the gym can tell what kind of lifting programs are effective and what aren’t. Same as every ****ing other hobby you learn and get better when you do it. You think people just hit to the gym and lift weights randomly for couple of hours? Your entire argument seems to be that "People who actually do weight lifting don’t know what they are talking about, because they are roid headed ****wits. I know that there is no better way to train than lift weak weights 60 times without building strenght. They are idiots if they think they know better than guy who hasn’t seen weight in his life The living room therapist Rushman."
I dont know. Roids ****ed your brains I guess. Cause this is easy to understand. When did he say he lifted his max of 355? Because that is what we were talking about. Inferiority complex? Of a ****ing moron? Just shows how ******ed you are. I can't imagine a Hell worse than being stupid. Seriously, you could cut my arms off, take out my eyes, anything. To be as dumb as you is my worst nightmare. What a shame you are living that nightmare. Like I said though, nothing funnier that a roid head trying to act intelligent. Now **** off monkeyboy before you humiliate yourself further.
Who are we???? :think This guy here is clearly talking that CHEF might have done his 275 reps record 10 years ago. Then you quote him and call it a fact right here Then I prove that both of you are wrong right here
Have you notes that everytime you humiliate yourself, you always start with insults and claim some sort of victory.
Which still does nothing to disprove anything that Chef has said. So, are you being stupid because you can't help it, or because of your defective personality? Here you have tried to attack Chef's credibility, and you have been shown to not only be ****ing ******ed with your logic - but by default a **** as well. Are you done being humiliated? I guess not. Come on, I can **** with you forever. Why? Cause you are really are a ****ing moron. :rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl
I was more commenting on the other guy's post that said Haye is stronger than Wlad because he lifts 394 pounds, and Wlad 275... was addressing the fact that 275 is not Wlad's 1 rep max.... Also bodybuilding and powerlifting are 2 different sports that have completely different goals... Arnold was a bodybuilder, not a powerlifter... he was NEVER known for his strength in the world of bodybuilding... the goal of bodybuilding is to get your muscles as big as possible, while maintaining balance, proportion, separation, and symmetry... in powerlifting, it doesn't matter what your physique looks like.. thats not the goal, the goal is to have the heaviest lift....
Still it was you who owned himself with bad excuse, like 275lbs record was ten years ago Then you tried to cover your ass and changed your opinion. atsch You still haven’t disproved anything I have said. Your shitty excuse was clearly false and you still think you are winning. :nut Then after owning yourself again you come back here offended and write about how I’m attacking CHEFs credibility, when he was the one who write clearly imaginary workout stats/program out of his ass. So far you have had only two arguments. 1. Record was made ten years ago (false) 2. Those who actually lift weights don’t know better about weight lifting than living room therapist Rusman, who hasn’t seen weight in his life. They are just roid heads with Kung Fu better than bla bla bla So you are actually just writing insults and telling how intelligent you are ignoring everything that others say. And you except peoples to believe you are highly educated? What a joke.:rofl:rofl But hey keep telling yourself you are smart and someday someone might believe you. :good
So you believe a guy who puts up 225 18 times can put up 275 15 times? Yes or no. This will put your credibility on the line instantly.
oh man im like talking to the wall here... why are you making assumptions clown? did u even read what i wrote? I was talking about logic and 1 rep maxes.. as opposed to what a guy reps... put my credibility on the line??? LMAO.. with who?? where?? on the internet.. im very concerned about that.. of course those numbers dont add up
Are you ****ing insane? Actually, I don't need to ask. You have proven it. Dumb as a brick and a **** to boot. You attack some guy, for whatever the **** reason - probably because of being a **** as mentioned. You throw up a bunch of bull**** arguments that get shot down. I'm not talking like hard to shoot down either. Your logic is like a ****ing sieve. OK, because you are clearly slow, here it is again. A guy can do 225 x 18 x 3 as part of a regular routine. He can do 275 x 15 as a once off. This can happen a week apart. It doesn't matter. Because the 225 x 18 x 3 was never said to be to failure - no context was given. He could be doing anything alongside that as his regular workout. Who knows? Then it was said that if he could do 275 x 15 then his max would be higher and would have to be well above the 355 mark. But he never said when he lifted this max. Perhaps if he tried it around the same time he was doing 275 x 15 he would have done a lot more. Again who knows? Then we got cocksuckers trying to discredit Wlad's workout (and therefore Chef's credibility) saying that on one hand, it is impossible to do that sort of weight because a former Mr Olympia did it - and others saying that no-one would do it because it is worthless. So which is it? Too incredible and something that only the best of the best do, or too stupid and worthless doing? Why would Mr Olympia be doing something worthless? That doesn't make sense - unless you are seriously ****ing ******ed. You are a perfect example of why I say people who get seriously into weightlifting have mental problems. Now, the question is - are you man enough to apologise? But I already know the answer to that question dip****. Have a nice life and welcome to my ignore list. I spent enough years of my life working with mental patients and I consider that time wasted. I aint gonna waste another second of my life on yet another ******.
atsch you clearly dont know what you are talking about To be honest I don’t think you are working with mental patients, but you might very well be living with them.
Too bad Chef didn’t come to explain himself, when he was here today. Usually he has lots of time to post. Well maybe tomorrow
