You have no idea what's in the contract either. For all you know Floyd agreed to 50/50 and a cutoff date, and he's backtracking right now. The thing is that Manny has been boxing how long? He has been boxing longer than he hasn't been at this point. If this "weakness" was true why is he sparring after giving blood for Clottey? Something is fishy.
i think and hope that soon they will do random blood testing on a 365 year basis for all fighters. because they do it in all sports and even cycling for example, whereas boxing is two fighters who could possibly get injured

I do have a good idea of what is NOT in it! -- USADA drug testing when Mayweather said that is what was needed -- A better than 50% split when Pac did that flop fight with Clottey that earned less than half of the Mosley fight. So now knowing this, it is pretty easy to guestimate why this contract isn't getting signed.

No. I think one of them has to give on one of the terms. If FMJ gets his money he gives on the testing. If Pac gets his testing he gives on the money. At this point a 14 day cut off and 50ish for FMJ is purely ceremonial. The USADA gave an 18 day cut off. There is so much money that there will be enough to go around. However each man is going to have to give something. FMJ is in a slightly stronger position due to the Clottey flop, but if the Margo (or whoever) fight is a barn burner we are right back at stalemate city. I am just saying I KNOW Arum is shady. I don't know anything about FMJ's side of the story because he is following the agreement and shutting up.

If he wants more than 50 I think he is entitled to it due to the fact that he out draws Pac. Now if he asks for some BS like 60% damn, he put my foot into my mouth and I look like an ass. In my "perfect" world the contract looks like one of these versions: 52/48 14 day cut off 50/50 USADA drug testing 51/47 + 2% win bonus 14 day testing cut off I would go up to 55% Mayweather's direction no further, but that is even pushing it. I just know that Arum is not straight shooting.
