He will eventually sign, but not within this "deadline" because it means Arum's mind game worked on Floyd and they will want to capitalise on that.

Floyd controls the negotiations, not Arum.

Arum got away once with putting Pacquiao in with a pile, he won't get away with it again. The boxing world will not accept Pac/Cotto or Pac/Margo.

This whole deadline is a pathetic attempt to steal leverage in the negotiations when it's clear that Mayweather/GBP are the ones with the power.
