It really is suprising now that all the negotiations are finished that Mayweathers side has made no comment. He is looking like a coward if he doesnt sign. He said at the end of his last fight that if Pac takes the test they can fight. As far as we know thats all agreed on.
If there is anything holding up the fight, it doesnt even appear that Arum knows about it, because he said they are just waiting for a response.
Im suprised noone from the media has even attempted to or gotten a comment out of anyone from Mayweathers side??? Strange really. ..:huh

Because he just had a baby...and he is contemplating whether to accept the rematch clause with Valuev...

    Oh wait, wrong fighter.

  3. He's waiting until his boy Zab Judah's FNF fight is over. Doesn't want to steal his shine.

Bob Arum begged pleaded and demanded a gag for both sides to not talk in the media.

The Mayweather camp has observed it and obeyed it.

Top Rank has been running it's ****ing mouth the entire time.

This shows you that Arum doesn't hold true to his own words and can't be trusted.

Yes, but he didnt really start running his mouth until the negotiations were completed. Noone has denied the claims by Arum that both sides are happy with the terms of the contract..

There's no evidence that there is any sort of gag order. As far as I can tell, it's been fabricated by Floyd fans.

Dumd ass like you hear what you want to hear. Neither side has said aything. No one knows what is on the contract because of the gag order. Both side is abiding by the rule.

Exactly. Even if there was a gag order, the Flody camp could come out and say whether the terms have been agreed to in principle. That wouldn't violate it.

Yeah. All Arum has said really is that a contract is ready, and Floyd 'may or may not want to fight this year.'

Floyd's camp could have at least denied/acknowledged or said something. The thing is Floyd hasn't said a word in over a month, and I don't think even Arum has heard from him. Nobody can get in contact with the Floyd camp.

Floyd runs his mouth nonstop to get attention wherever he goes. It seems like all through the process his side has been throwing up roadblocks - drug testing, purse split, whatever. and now it's crunch time and he's got nothing to say?

If Flody's not guilty of ducking, he's sure doing a good impression of a ducker...

I agree. It really is strange how this is playing out. Hes obviously trying to do something but I was always skeptical of him ever working with Arum again, he hates the guy.

both sides agreed to a gag order, negotiations about the fight are not supposed to be discussed.

I really think the only way to get Floyd to sign is if he catches a lot of flack from the press and fans and people really start badmouthing him.

After Marquez he was talking about fighting Matthew Hatton until he got a bad reaction. Then he went into negotiations with Mosley and got cold feet when it came to signing. His own promoter was so concerned that he was going to walk away that Schaeffer came forward a few days before the fight and said it was "in jeopardy" because Floyd hadn't signed yet.

Maybe if a big enough stink is made Floyd will feel compelled to sign a fight with Pacman.
