Reason why mayweather didn't have an issue is that they didn't know when their last test would be, that's the whole point of random testing. They never knew when them needles were coming. It's a deterrent. Pac should have no problem with this.

14 days is reasonable especiallly if it was floyd's term before which pac already conceded. if floyd moves the bar again, he is making some stumbling blocks in the negotiations and doesn't want the fight.
