Arum should not have put a deadline on the fight publicly.....he should have just kept working up to the point then finally when it couldnt get made let us kno...but this deadline shyt publicly probaly only made Floyd even more rebelious.

 

The first one is a failure in negotiation due to Pac not having time to deal with PBF's BS demands. He was running for elections that time. This time, there is a lot of time but PBF gives the silent treatment, which was already used by Haye successfully to duck Wlad. Clearly, Mayweather is trying to escape reality.
