Judah arguably won more rounds against Mayweather than Malignaggi managed against Hatton, Khan and Ngoudjo in some 33rounds

Judah has something like 20 world title fights winning most of them, losing to the best, primarily at a higher division. All Paulie has done is beat an old Ndou, get a gift against an old Ndou, get a massive gift against Ngoudjo, beat a LW, lose to everyone else
