Good stuff. I'm a big fan of Chad and I think you said it best. He's too good for his own good and why handcuff himself. Maybe Pascal can bring the warrior out in Chad. We'll see, excited for the fight.

The only thing I could really see is if Pascal was really UP for the fight and his speed and punch output caused some issues for Chad...
Unless Pascal has grown an extra few inches reach or an extra arm it won't matter in this fight with what I've seen of him. I really don't see Dawson losing to him.
This is a fantastic fight for dead August. I think Dawson will make a lot of fans and a Bute fight will have a lot of demand. Put it on at 171.
Yea, I suspect if and when Chad wins that he wil be right back up to Montreal against Bute in a Mega-Fight...in Montreal that fight would draw 20,00 EASILY...
Great read. Cloud, Campillo, Uzelkov are potential challenges but for Dawson i think the prospects, Cuban Despaigne and Sillakh, will be his biggest challenges especially Sillakh. He's as big as Dawson at 6'3, technically sound, over 300 Amateur wins, high output, good punch varity, awesome body puncher and legit KO power. If anyone at LHW is going to over take Dawson i suspect it will be Sillakh. He's 12-0 (11KO) right now, his most recent fight he stepped up vs Daniel Judah and stopped him in the 2nd round.
