Sauerland has somewhat of a history of having their top guys avoid tough challenges. Not as much of a history as Universum, but I wouldn't be shocked if Sauerland soon announces a cruiserweight Super Six to which Lebedev isn't invited.
Wasn't Alexeen the one who got all the hype and then was beaten by a Mexican clubfighter? Boxing is strange sport. You can have all the tools in the world, and if you ain't got a chin, you got nothing.
nice to watch a contest between two tough, european style fighters. or it would have been nice to watch.
Where are all the people who were telling us that Alexeev was to going to demolish the cruiserweight division before he'd had 10 pro fights? Odo?
Enzo Maccarinelli: "The funny thing is.. two years ago, I would've dusted this guy off in a few rounds" Hahahahahahahahaha :rofl
Lebedev was mad that Alexeev called him out , maybe Denis could have got a chance to fight for the belt . Seen an interview with Denis he said it wasn't a very cool move from Alexeev to call him out like that but he didn't think twice to agree . Now macarinelli doesn't look so bad after losing to lebedev. Can't wait to watch this when I get off work.
Lebedev would destroy Huck and beat Wlodarczyk Enzo is pure trash. Not only Lebedev beats him, but Mac would also get KOd by Huck and Wlodarczyk pretty handily. Cunningham would also 10-2 UD him.
That's nothing to be ashamed of though. Enzo was only built up to be #2 because Haye was #1..... before Haye beat Mormeck he was only seen as a fringe top 5 guy who was beating top 10 contenders or shot fighters. He's kinda found his level.... WBO/European title - he'll probably finish around the 40 (30) - 6 (6) mark, which is respectable.
