Holy **** this was supposed to be somewhat of a rivalry. Built up to be a good fight....guess not...****ing pissed I missed it
Unfortunately that only tends to be true when there's a lot of American interest. Europeans seem to be pretty stingy with the sharing technology. Like Brickhaus said, we'll probably have to wait for the promoter to upload it, which will be some time next week.
Damn , Alexeev fell down on his face and was frozen for like 3-4 seconds with his face on the floor on his knees . Tried to get up , fell down again , tried again fell down on his back , rolled on the floor , got up on wobbly legs and fell on the ropes in his corner . Alexeev looked scared in his corner after the first round already with a bloody nose .
I don't know about Huck. Macca would probably get KOed late, but he would definitely outbox Huck, and he might be able to use his length and jab to keep Huck off of him. Macca is a pretty decent boxer, just has a **** chin. Wlodarczyk and Cunningham are both miles better than Huck or Macca.
No alexeev was beaten by a puerto rican cruiser with only 1 loss and an 80+% KO ratio, and ramirez beat stopped alexeev late with a corner retirement. Lebedev crushed alex early and legit. Big difference. Lebedev is the goods!! He is a live dog against Huck. Top 5 cruiser for sure!!
He's European champion - he'll get one, provided he doesn't lose to Frenkel. Frankly, if he beats Frenkel, he'll be as deserving of a title shot as just about anyone other than Troy Ross.
Big mistake by the germans once again , first Kretzmann quits against Bakhtov and now they are challenging Lebedev for no reason just to get destroyed .
Damn, I remember all the hype surrounding Alexeev... seems he has been struggling lately. Surprised to see the outcome of this fight so one sided. Was the first KD from just one punch, or was it more of an accumulation?
First KD? He was only knocked down once, and that knocked him out. He was wobbled in the first round also though. Both times it was one punch - Lebedev ducked under the jab, moved to his left, and countered with a hard left hook. The first time Alexeev had his right hand up and Lebedev just found the hole. On the knockout, Alexeev wasn't even defending himself.
