The fact is, Mayweather requested a "RANDOM" drug test that he himself is willing and eager to submit to.
If Rat-man doesn't want to come CLEAN and submit to random drug testing then he is SCARED of performing without his "baby-juice", and Floyd is quite correct in rejecting all counter offers until the random drug testing is complied with FULLY as expected in REAL-LIFE.

That's not really the point is it? They are ACCREDITED, and recognized by the US CONGRESS, as the AUTHORITY on this type of thing, for our most heralded of all competitions...the Olympics. Do we really need to go there? They are not perfect, of course. But, do you think the NSAC is really on par with them, or has the level of responsibility they do? These guys whole existence (funding) is driven by their continued improvement, in this area. It's obvious the NSAC does not have that type motivation.

Anyway....my point was, that Manny feels the need to MANAGE the testing. Yet, the testing is most effective, when the athlete does not know what type of test will be administered and when.

Conte being a drug dealer has nothing to do with his objectivity where as NSAC's corruption affects their objectivity, as does the fact its not in their interest to spend money on drugs testing as it would drive their income down. If you can't see that you're ******ed
